Star Wars Rise of the Resistance at Star Wars Galaxy’s Edge in Disney’s Hollywood Studios is one attraction that guests eagerly anticipate and often wonder if they will actually experience during a vacation to Disney World or Disneyland.
We researched, plotted, planned, and hoped the Force would truly be with us so we could join the growing Resistance and take a stand against the First Order as new recruits to the cause.

After the popular attraction was down for much of the mid morning through early afternoon, a bit of perfect timing and good fortune granted us entry into the queue with virtually no one in line for a large portion of our journey through the Resistance cave system. The Force was clearly on our side as we were able to bypass the long waits typically associated with Star Wars Rise of the Resistance.
It is an experience we will not soon forget and one we are thrilled to bring to you exactly as we experienced it.
From taking in the incredible Star Wars theming, props, and immersive environments that place you directly inside carefully crafted scenes from the films, to an action packed first person view aboard a hijacked First Order fleet transport, this ride delivers excitement at every turn.
From entering the queue and being captured by a Star Destroyer to a complete ride POV on Star Wars Rise of the Resistance, may the Force be with us all.
